Journey Within
Journey work may be a modality that suits your healing plan. We work in partnership, using various options, to clear any roadblocks to your healing. These modalities may include Sacred Plant Medicine; Meditation; Breath practice – Pranayama; and/or Past Life Regression. Through these approaches we can explore dissolving long held patterns of stuck-ness, unresolved concerns, and other lifetime issues.

It is pure unconditional love bringing us together in harmony. I offer healing Reiki in person or through distance healing, to restore physical and emotional well-being.
Holistic Wellness Coaching
Wellness Coaching begins by focusing on physical health, and may include options to reduce weight, improve nutrition and understand the quality of the food you eat. Programs are tailored specifically to you to address your current physical health challenge and often lead to a more in-depth exploration on a mental, emotional and spiritual level.

- Initial intake session, one hour – $175
- Follow up therapy sessions, 60 minutes – $150
- Cancellation Fee – Prior to 24 hours, no fee; within 24 hours 100% of the fee.
